We believe the private sector can effectively address housing insecurity, including the need for developmentally disabled housing, eldercare, substance use disorder support, justice issues, and recovery, by providing safe, secure sober living environments in good neighborhoods. Our nonprofit organization educates individuals and companies with real estate holdings on how to emulate our model of shared housing for those in need. We offer high-quality transitional housing options in the greater Kansas City area.
Javinchi's Angels has a commitment to improve the communities we serve. We replace tarps with roofs, cardboard with sheetrock, and streets with carpet, all within a safe neighborhood.
Our initiative focuses on housing veterans, individuals in recovery from addiction, survivors of domestic abuse, foster adults, and those with disabilities who can manage their daily living tasks. We ensure these homes are located in safe, appreciating neighborhoods with supportive neighbors, including dedicated VA resources for veterans housing.
The goal of the ISL Residential Program, a nonprofit initiative, is to provide long-term residential support in community living arrangements for individuals with a primary diagnosis of a disability, including veterans housing options. Our dedicated and caring staff integrate clients into the community by offering sober living environments and transitional housing, following the “Everyday Lives” principles. This approach promotes self-determination and addresses each individual’s unique needs and lifestyle.
We are a nonprofit organization that buys single-family homes in safe neighborhoods to support individuals in recovery from substance use disorder or addiction, veterans, including those involved with the VA, justice-involved women and men, foster adults, refugees, and people who have experienced homelessness. Our focus is on providing sober living and outstanding transitional housing that is safe and secure. We furnish our homes to ensure comfort and stability. Additionally, our social service partners assist with funding and therapy to enhance the recovery process.

Supporting participants to improve quality of life through inclusion and group participation, focusing on cognitive, physical, emotional, and social skills in a nonprofit environment. JaVinchi's Angels TR services implement a community-based approach, utilizing the community as our classroom to teach daily living skills and independence through real-life scenarios, making it a valuable resource for sober living initiatives. A unique element of Imagine!'s TR services is our ongoing regimen of activities and adventures, available six days a week, year-round, which fosters continuous growth and enjoyment for individuals, including veterans who may benefit from transitional housing options.
